Coaching Expectations

There are a myriad of ways in which we might partner together to reach your goals. Usually, a coaching relationship falls into one of three categories.

Long-Term Coaching

The greatest value to you will come through an ongoing, consistent conversation that spans six months or more.

Strategic Coaching

Focus on a pre-determined specific & strategic goal. Strategic coaching usually lasts between 2 & 6 months.

Speed Coaching

Ideal when looking for a quick conversation to help make a decision or handle a crisis. Usually between 1 & 3 sessions.

Coaching Costs

Hourly coaching costs are variable based on two factors: company size and non-profit status.

Virtual Environment

All coaching sessions take place in a virtual environment, usually Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
